The matches of the FIH Hockey Pro League will take place at the new Belfius Hockey Arena in Wavre, Belgium. The preferred way to reach the venue is by public transport. During the match days, the immediate area surrounding the stadium will be closed to motorised traffic. Only pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles with a special permit will be allowed access.

Looking to avoid traffic on match days? Hop on your bicycle! Bicycle parking is available near the stadium. There will be markers you can follow to get there. Charging electric bikes is not possible at the parking area.

Attention: bicycles parked outside the designated areas will be moved to the official bicycle parking.

Travelling by train is the preferred option to reach the stadium. The nearest station is Wavre, approximately 1.5 km / 15-20 minutes on foot from the stadium. From the station, it’s an easy walk to the venue.

There are a few bus options, but keep in mind that their schedule is limited during the weekend. These TEC bus stops are located within walking distance of the Belfius Hockey Stadium:

  • Wavre Folon – approx. 6 minutes on foot
  • Basse-Wavre Collège – approx. 6 minutes on foot
  • Wavre Basse-Wavre – approx. 10 minutes on foot

Note: parking tickets are not yet on sale. If you buy a ticket for the event, you will get notified once the parking tickets are online.

There is no parking available around the stadium. That’s why there will be an event parking lot. 

There is a €15 parking fee per vehicle. After parking your vehicle, you can take the complimentary shuttle service. Which will operate between the car park and the stadium. This shuttle bus will bring you to the venue before the start of the event and return you to your car park afterwards, free of charge.

The exact shuttle schedules will be published closer to the event.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. Dedicated wheelchair-accessible tickets (PMR) are available in Stand A.
